Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the journal’s framework, scope, and policies in line with HEC requirements.
- Recommend the journal title, publication frequency (annual/biannual), and focus areas.
- Formulate editorial, peer-review, and publication ethics policies.
- Propose the structure of the Editorial Board and appointment of the Chief Editor.
- Facilitate ISSN registration, indexing, and long-term sustainability.
- Recommend financial and administrative support mechanisms.
